Delivery Information for MyStuff ™ Childrens Labels

Prices and Payment

Prices quoted are in Euro and are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate. We accept payment by all major credit cards - with the exclusion of American Express.

Payment is taken with the order. This is because the majority of the items that we sell are personalised and we are unable to re-sell them. If you choose to pay by cheque or postal order, we will commence processing your order once the cheque has cleared. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Post/Packing Costs & Delivery

Postage and packing within Ireland and the UK is charged at the flat rate of €1.50.

All orders placed on the Internet will receive an automatic confirmation. Credit card payment orders are process within 3 – 5 business days of your order being place and then sent by mail. Cheque payment orders are processed once your cheque has cleared.

Mystuff Order Confirmation

Orders placed via the Internet should receive two emails - confirmation on receipt of the order from and an email when the order has been despatched. If you do NOT receive these email confirmations please contact us to confirm the order.

Overseas Delivery

Orders for delivery within the EU shall be charged a flat rate for postage/packing & delivery of €3.00 per complete order and shall be charged at the rate of exchange rate at the time/date of ordering.

Orders for delivery outside Ireland/UK and the EU (Rest of the World) shall be charged a flat rate for postage/packing & delivery of €4.50 per complete order and shall be charged at the rate of exchange rate at the time/date of ordering.

Our Guarantee

Should your labels arrive with incorrect details and the mistake is found to be ours - please return the labels to us within 10 days and we will reprint them for you at no extra cost.
